Curating Your Undergraduate Collaborations

There are various ways to use Faculty PRO to curate your undergraduate mentoring activities and research collaborations. Doing so will help your unit/department heads track your department's participation in undergraduate research and help identify strengths and opportunities for undergraduate research University-wide. If you have any questions about using PRO to flag your activities, please contact the Faculty PRO Team in Analytics and Institutional Research.

The Student Accomplishments (Current and Former) screen allows you to record your students' achievements. Be sure to set the Student Level field to "Undergraduate" and to indicate whether this is a current or former student.

The Directed Student Learning screen captures student exams you have chaired or participated in. The Exam Type field includes an option for "Undergraduate Thesis" - use this to record any theses or honors theses you supervised or collaborated on.
