Rapid Reports How-To

The Rapid Reports option uses your records to create a report designed for your school/department. After clicking on the Rapid Reports link on the left-hand menu, a pop-up box will appear. Choose your report type from the drop-down menu and complete the other fields (date range, report options, and file format). After you've made your selections, click Run Report in the bottom of the pop-up box. The report will generate as a file download on your computer or device.

Please keep in mind Rapid Reports will generate reports formatted in APA citation style only. If you would like to use a different citation style, go to Run Reports.
